Placing right player with right skill set at right position in the field, identifying, accessing the situation and applying bowling changes, choosing to bat or ball after toss, deciding batting orders and choose playing eleven, preparing game plan, execution of game plan are the crucial leadership tasks that any captain has to do for teams success. What it all takes in common is knowing your team. And her we realize leadership is nothing but how good you know your team. Be it be any field of sports, politics, corporate etc. 

Universe : A complex maths

Universe is noting but simply a complex mathematical equation which tunes energy transformation helping materialize its own existence. Human race evolution is heading towards its realization which requires less brain and more of non brain intelligence that human yet to discover, the first door to understand the non brain brilliance is human emotions.  There is lot to explore and explain to world however the way universe manifestation happens is computation and  is being in gods shoe, a term coined by human to accept after effects of the highly complex computational transformations in the universe. More interestingly human himself is one of the important factor of computation which human do not know. This is the actual human race than the bodily form we are perceiving. Now I am getting a feeling of human race is yet to evolve, he in realization of what he can compute to alter very little materialistic goods or compounds  or atoms is the current science reached. Now the next big era of computation and transformation of energy, understanding  using highly capable computational power of non brain part of human bodily existence. 

THINK, gone are the days of IBM

I think I am one of those fortunate's who's professional career started with IBM, if I look back the most precious thing that IBM cultivated in me is one of its punch line , THINK. Gone are the days however still alive in memories and habits as work ethics and innovative mind set.
